Your Personal Data

The TIME4CS project website is administered by Crowdhelix Limited (Ireland) on behalf of the TIME4CS consortium, and its use is subject to Crowdhelix Limited (UK)’s Privacy Policy, as are any Personal Data (including Usage Data) we collect, or you supply, via this website and/or related platforms.

The TIME4CS project, and the TIME4CS consortium, are led by APRE - Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea. Subject to your consent, and for the purposes of properly responding to and recording your query, Crowdhelix Limited will share the Personal Data you submit via the form on this Contact page with APRE. Because the purposes of processing, and the means of processing, any Personal Data you consent to supply in this way are jointly determined by both Crowdhelix Limited and APRE, we are deemed to be Joint Controllers of your Personal Data.

If you consent to this arrangement, your Personal Data will be additionally made subject to the APRE Privacy Policy (see link above), and each of our organisations will be equally responsible for upholding your rights as a Data Subject. As such, if you wish to exercise your rights under relevant data protection legislation, please contact Crowdhelix and/or APRE via the details provided in the relevant Privacy Policy. If you contact only one of our organisations, but your request pertains to both, we will cooperate with each other in fulfilling it.
